I worked with James on a custom order of 10,000 envelopes. He was really easy to communicate with and really understood what I wanted. He went out of his way to work as quickly as possible to get it across in the tight timeframe I gave him. The whole process was very easy and effortless - he took care of everything. I paid for express shipping and it came even sooner than I expected. James sent me a photo after production and it came exactly as photographed. The quality of the envelopes are really professional and clean. I am very happy and will gladly trade again.
